摘　　要：目的调查和分析大学生医疗保障状况及参保意愿,探讨切合学生本身意愿的医疗保障模式。方法抽样调查唐山市2所高校1300名大学生,采用多分类Logistic回归方法分析其参保意愿。结果大学生城镇居民医疗保险参保率不高,学生参保受年级、对医保制度的知晓率及参保经验等多种因素影响。结论大学生医疗保障不宜简单并入当地城镇居民医疗保险,有必要建立普通门诊医疗统筹。应充分考虑影响学生参保意愿的因素,提高参保率。OBJECTIVE To survey and analyze medical security situation of university students and their desire on enrolling some medical insurance, and to inquire into models of medical security which fit in with these students＇ wishes. METHODS We surveyed through sampling method to select 1 300 university students in 2 universities of Tangshan city, and analyzed their enrollment wishes by adopting Multiple Logistic Regression Model. RESULTS The ratio of university students enrolling Urban Resident Basic Medical Insurance was still not high. Many factors such as grade, awareness on medical security sys- tem, experiences of entering and etc, influenced students＇ desire on enrolling some medical security system. CONCLU- SION The medical security system of university students shouldn＇t be simply merged into Urban Resident Basic Medical In- surance, and it is necessary to establish pool fund of out-patient. Those factors influencing students＇ enrollment should be adequately considered to increase the enrollment ratio.
