摘　　要：目的了解河南省市级疾病预防控制中心消毒与媒介生物控制人力资源现状,为科学配置消毒与媒介生物控制人力资源提供依据和建议。方法通过调查问卷收集消毒与媒介生物控制工作的科室设置和工作人员个人资料,将数据录入数据库后进行统计分析。结果河南省市级疾病预防控制中心共有消毒与媒介生物控制工作人员111人,年龄结构以41～50岁年龄组和31～40岁年龄组为主,分别占44.14%和27.93%;学历以大专和本科为主,分别占45.05%和32.43%;技术职称以中级和初级为主,分别占29.73%和28.83%;所学专业以公共卫生和临床医学为主,分别占38.74%和27.03%;参加技术培训情况和学术论文发表情况不理想。结论河南省市级疾病预防控制中心消毒与媒介生物控制人力资源状况不理想。建议在现有条件下通过适当的调控及合理配置增加技术人员数量和采用不同方式提高专业技术人员素质,以适应新时期消毒与媒介生物控制工作的需要。OBJECTIVE To investigate the current status of human resources for disinfection and vector control in city level centers of disease control and prevention, Henan province, and to provide the basis and recommendation for scientific config- uration of human resources in disinfection and vector control. METHODS Used questionnaire to collect the information of de- partments and staff for disinfection and vector control, statistic analysis was made by using the data. RESULTS There were 111 people working for disinfection and vector control in city level centers for disease control and prevention in Henan province. The 41 to 50 age group and the 31 to 40 age group were dominated, accounting for 44.14% and 27.93% respective- ly. The education was oriented by junior college and undergraduate, accounting for 45.05% and 32.43%. Technical title was dominated by middle and junior, accounting for 29.73% and 28.83%. Most people majored in public health and clinical medicine, accounting for 38.74% and 27.03% respectively. The situation of participating technical training and publishing papers was not very well. CONCLUSION Human resources for disinfection and vector control in city level center for disease control and prevention in Henan province is not ideal. It is recommended that the human resources should have proper regula- tion and rational configuration, and the technical people should be increased, and their quality of profession and technic should be improved by different ways, so as to meet the requirements of disinfection and vector control in new era.
