摘 要:目的了解管理干部压力状况与心理健康状况的关系。方法于2007年3~12月,采用整群抽样的方法,对参加广东省委党校广东省行政学院培训的各班次学员的压力及心理健康状况进行问卷调查,数据采用典型相关分析等方法进行统计分析。结果本次调查共收回有效问卷600份,其中男性占67.5%,女性占32.5%。第一对典型变量(V1,W1)所解释的变异占了总变异的80.21%,其典型相关系数r=0.7166,修正典型相关系数r=0.7092(P=0.0001)。典型变量V1集中反映了6个分压力(x1-x6),与个人压力(x3)的密切程度最大,其次为工作压力(x1);而典型变量W1则集中反映了SCL-90的9个因子(y1-y9),与抑郁(y4)及人际关系敏感(y3)的密切程度最大。结论压力状况和心理健康状况之间存在正相关关系,即各分压力水平高者,SCL-90各个因子症状严重。OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship of pressure status and psychological health status among civil servants. METHODS A cross-sectional study was carried out in Guangzhou city including 600 civil servants who studied in the admin- istration college of Guangdong province during March to December, 2007. Data were analyzed with canonical correlation analysis. RESULTS 80.21% of the total variation was explained by the first pair canonical variables (V1, W1), the coeffi- cient of canonical correlation was 0.716 6, and the adjusted coefficient of canonical correlation was 0.709 2 (P = 0.000 1). The canonical variable V1 reflected six partial pressures, and had the greatest correlation with individual pressure, the next was job pressure. While the canonical variable W1 reflected nine factors of SCL-90, and had the greatest correlation with de- pressed, the next was interpersonal relationship sensitivity. CONCLUSION There is a positive correlation relationship be- tween pressure status and psychological health status among civil servants.
