摘 要:目的了解医院职工实验室检查结果的现况,为制定有针对性的健康教育方案提供依据。方法对某医院2011年职工的实验室检查结果进行统计分析。结果主要生化指标(除高密度脂蛋白HDL-C外),男性异常检出率高于女性;主要血常规指标(除RBC)总异常率女性高于男性;尿常规异常率男女差异不显著。主要生化指标AST、ALT、ALP、GLU、URCA、BUN和Cr异常率均以60岁以上职工为最高,γ-GT以50~59岁职工为最高,CHOL、TRIG、LDL-C则以40~49岁职工为最高,HDL-C以20~29岁职工为最高;主要血常规指标异常以20~29岁职工为最高;尿常规异常率与年龄无明显的相关性。结论实验室检查异常率与性别和年龄呈一定的相关性,健康教育的内容应依性别和年龄而异。OBJECTIVE To investigate the results of laboratory examination of staff in a hospital, also to provide a scientific basis for implementation of health education plan. METHODS The results of laboratory examination in 2011 were analyzed. RESULTS The abnormal rate for male was higher than ones for female in major biochemical indexes (not including HDL-C). The total abnormal rate for female was higher than ones for male in major blood routine test indexes (not including RBC). The abnormal rate of urine routine test indexes did not show a significant difference between male and female. The abnormal rates of AST, ALT, ALP, GLU, URCA, BUN and Cr were highest for staff aged above 60. But highest γ-GT was in 50-59, highest CHOL, TRIG, LDL-C in 40-49 and HDL-C in 20-29, respectively. The abnormal rate of blood routine indexes was high for staff aged from 20 to 29. But the abnormal rate of urine routine test did not show a significant difference in ages. CONCLUSION The abnormal rate of laboratory examination is related to gender and age. Health education contents should be different in man and woman, and in different ages.
