鹤壁市1957～2011年法定传染病病谱变化分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析鹤壁市1957～2011年法定传染病病谱变化及各种传染病发病情况变化,探讨传染病防控措施,为更好控制该市传染病疫情提供依据。方法用描述流行病学方法对鹤壁市54年法定传染病疫情资料进行统计分析。结果鹤壁市54年共报告法定传染病30种398335例,年均发病率930.03/10万,年发病率最高为14001.71/10万(1970年),年发病率最低为143.13/10万(1997年),年均死亡率2.06/10万,年死亡率最高达80.03/10万(1959年),年死亡率最低为0(多年)。传染病发病率和死亡率均呈大幅度下降趋势,年代不同传染病种类及发病比例不同。结论年代不同,传染病种类不同,防病、控病重点不同,要针对传染病疫情采取针对性的防控措施,所有传染病都要常防常控,以防疫情反复。OBJECTIVE By analyzing the changes of statutory infectious disease spectrum and incidence of various kinds of infectious disease in Hebi city from 1957 to 2011, to explore the prevention and control measures of infectious diseases, to provide the basis for better control the epidemic of infectious diseases in our city. METHODS Used the descriptive epidemio-logical method to analyze official data of the infectious diseases during 54 years in Hebi city. RESULTS There were 30 kinds of 398 335 cases of legal infectious diseases reported in Hebi City in the 54 years, with an annual incidence rate of 930.03 / 100 000, the annual incidence rate was up to 14 001.71 / 100 000 （1970）, the lowest annual incidence rate of 143.13 / 100 000 （ 1997） , the average annual mortality rate 2.06 / 100 000, the highest annual mortality rate was up to 80.03 / 100 000 （1959）, the lowest annual mortality rate was 0 （for many years）. The morbidity and mortality of infectious diseases showed a significant downward trend. The incidence and the proportion of various infectious diseases were disparate in different years. CONCLUSION According to different eras and different types of infectious diseases, the disease prevention and control measures must be different and it should take prevention and control countermeasures for the epidemic situation of infectious diseases. All infectious diseases must be often prevented and controlled, in case the epidemic repeatedly happens.
