摘 要:采用原位插层聚合,通过预聚体法合成石墨/聚氨酯弹性体(PUE)复合材料,经X-射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测试表明,石墨在聚氨酯弹性体中的分散性和相容性较好;当石墨质量分数小于15%时,随着石墨含量增加,PUE复合材料的拉伸强度、300%定伸强度、撕裂强度和扯断伸长率不断升高;石墨质量分数进一步增加到30%时,其相关力学性能又开始下降,硬度稍有增加。综合分析,PUE复合材料表现出较好的力学性能。The graphite/polyurethane elastomer composite was synthesized through pre-polymerized method by in situ intercalative polymerization technology. The X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that the graphite was well dispersed in polyurethane matrix and had better compatibility. The tensile strength, 300% stretching strength, tearing strength and elongation at break were increased w.hen the graphite mass fraction less than 15%. The related mechanical properties were decreased and the hardness had a little increased when the graphite mass fraction increased to 30%. Comprehensive evaluation, the graphite/polyurethane elastomer composite had better mechanical properties.
