摘  要:以HDI三聚体/IPDI预聚体为固化剂,聚天门冬氨酸酯为扩链剂,烷羟基硅油/氮磷羟基阻燃聚醚POP(Si-N/P)与聚磷酸铵(APP)/季戊四醇(PER)为协同阻燃剂,设计了橡胶表面用无卤协同阻燃聚氨酯脲弹性体。讨论了协同阻燃剂用量对体系阻燃与机械性能的影响。结果表明,无卤协同阻燃聚氨酯脲弹性体具有较好的阻燃性能和机械性能,当Si-N/P质量分数为20%,APP/PER质量分数为30%时,其极限氧指数(LOI)从18提高到33,拉伸强度5.2 MPa,断裂伸长率235%,邵A硬度57,可实现与橡胶基材匹配的协同运动。The halogen-free synergistic flame-retardant polyurethane urea(PCU) system used in rubber elastomers was prepared with HDI trimer/IPDI polyurethane prepolymer as hardener, polyaspartic as chain extender, hy- droxyl silicone oil/N-P hydroxyl flame-retardant polyether(Si-N/P) and APP/PER as synergistic flame retardant. The influences of the synergistic flame retardant on the flame-retardant and mechanical properties of PCU system were discussed. The results showed that halogen-free synergistic flame-retardant PCU system had good flame-retardant performance and mechanical properties. The limit of the oxygen index (LOI) of PCU system was increased from 18 to 33, and the tensile strength was 5.2 MPa, elongation at break was 235% and hardness was 57 when Si-N/P amounted to 20% and APP/PER was 30%. Cooperative motion with elastomers was well done.
