摘  要:通过拉伸粘结强度、抗压强度、XRD和SEM等测试方法研究了偏高岭土对瓷砖粘结胶浆力学性能和微观结构的影响规律,并阐述了其作用机理。结果表明:偏高岭土掺量为5%~25%时,粘结胶浆的拉伸粘结强度和抗压强度先增大后减小,并在掺量为15%时达到最大值。随着偏高岭土掺量的增加,Ca(OH)2的特征衍射峰强度逐渐减弱,六方板状的Ca(OH)2逐渐消失,孔隙率降低,硬化后的水泥浆体结构越来越密实。The influence of metakaolin on mechanical properties andmicrostructure of tile bonding mucilage was studied by bond strength, compressive strength, XRD, TG-DSC and SEM. Mechanism of metakaolin in cement paste was described. The results show that: bond strength and compressive strength increased first and then decreased when mixing amount of metakaolin was between five percent and twenty-five percent. 13ond strength and compressive strength reached maximum when mixing amount was fifteen percent. Diffraction peak of Ca(OH)z gradually reduced. At the same time, Ca(OH)z which had hexagonal platy shape was continuously consumed. Porosity of cement pastes decreased and the structure became more and more dense.
