摘 要:单向触发二极管(Uni-DIAC)是一种新型的具有非对称特性的器件,本文研究单向触发二极管(Uni-DIAC)替代双向触发二极管(DIAC)在自镇流荧光灯中的应用;比较了与具有对称特性的双向触发二极管(DIAC)在结构上、电特性上的异同;分析了二者在自镇流荧光灯的启动过程、稳态工作过程中的工作状态;进行了启动次数实验,结果表明如果直接用其替换DIAC将不会对自镇流荧光灯中半桥逆变器的启动、振荡的维持产生任何影响,但须注意在电路中连接时的极性。The unidirectional DIAC (Uni-DIAC) paper, the application of Uni-DIAC to take the is a novel device with asymmetric characteristics. In this place of DIAC in Self-ballasted Lamp is studied. The structure and electrical characteristics of Uni-DIAC which has asymmetric characteristics is compared with the DIAC which has symmetric characteristics. The working states of the Uni-DIAC and DIAC are analyzed when the self-ballasted Lamp starting or in steady state. The starting numbers are tested. The result shows that the starting and the oscillation has not affected if the DIAC is directly replaced by the Uni-DIAC in half- bridge converter of self-ballasted Lamp. But, the polarities of the Uni-DIAC must be taken care in electric circuit connection.
