摘　　要：痤疮是一种好发于青春期男女的皮肤疾病,中医外治法对其有较好的疗效。由于痤疮的特殊发病因素和部位,近年来中医外治法治疗痤疮取得了长足的发展并得到肯定的疗效。本文将痤疮的病因病机、辨证论治和研究现状方面的近几年进展作一综述。Acne is a common disease in adolescent boys and girls of the skin,external treatment of TCM has good therapeutic effect on it.Due to acne＇s particular pathogenic factors and part,in recent years external treatment of TCM acquired great deve lopment and positive therapeutic effect.This article will its summarizes acne＇s etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,and research status of aspects summarizes the progress in recent years.
