摘 要:目的评价氯硝柳胺泥敷灭螺在四川省德阳地区应用的效果。方法在德阳市血吸虫病流行区,春季或秋季进行泥敷,灭螺前开展基线调查,用氯硝柳胺6g/m2剂量泥敷灭螺;同时设立喷洒灭螺对照。观察灭螺后30 d灭螺效果,并观察钉螺1年后的远期效果。结果泥敷灭螺优于喷洒灭螺,2法灭螺30 d后有螺面积下降率分别为79.60%和53.51%,钉螺平均密度下降率分别为96.85%和62.66%;泥敷灭螺1年后的钉螺密度平均下降约80%。结论氯硝柳胺泥敷灭螺法具有药效持续时间长,对土表钉螺、土内钉螺有较好的效果,建议在现场泥敷灭螺中使用6g/m2的剂量较为适宜。Objective To evaluate the application effect of soil pasting mixed with niclosamide in Deyang city. Methods In schistosomiasis endemic regions of Deyang city, method of soil pasting with niclosamide was used to control snail in spring or autumn; meanwhile, control group was set. The baseline investigation was carried out before snail control. The mortality rate and density of snail before and after using molluscicide were analyzed 30 days later, and the further effect in soil pasting group was observed one year later. Results The decrease rates of snail area in experimental group and control group were respectively 79.60% and 53.51% after 30 days,and the average decrease rates of snail density were 96.85% and 62.66% respectively. In soil pasting group, the average decrease rate of snail density was about 80% in soil pasting group after one year. Conclusion Soil pasting mixed with niclosamide can keep the effect of molluscicide for a long time, and the control effect is eminent both inside and outside soil. The dosage of 6g/m2 in soil pasting mixed with niclosamide is suggested in snail control in field work.
