摘  要:伴随抗生素的广泛应用,细菌耐药情况日趋加重。革兰阳性耐药菌,如耐甲氧西林金葡菌(MRSA)、耐万古霉素肠球菌(VRE)和耐青霉素肺炎链球菌(PRSP)感染等,已成为社会和院内感染中的重要致病菌。大量文献报道显示,新型恶唑烷酮类抗生素——利奈唑胺,对革兰阳性耐药菌有良好抗菌活性。现就利奈唑胺及其在革兰阳性耐药菌感染中的应用做一综述,以对指导临床用药提供一定帮助。With the wide use of antibiotic in recent decades, the situation of drug - resistant to bacteria has aggravated gradually. Gram- positive bacterial resistance, such as the infections caused by MRSA, VRE and PRSP have been the main pathogenic bacteria of infect in the hospital and society. A number of researches and reports have showed that the new oxazolidinone antibiotic - linezolid is efficiently resistant to the Gram - positive bacteria. This study aimed to make a comprehensive description on the linezolid and its application in the infection of Gram - positive bacteria, so as to offer some advice to guide the clinical medication.
