高耐候太阳热反射涂料的制备

摘　　要：采用UVPC系统分析了多种颜料的可见光-近红外漫反射特性,并选取高反射颜料以及氟碳树脂制备涂料,研究了涂料的常规性能和太阳热反射比。测试结果表明,涂膜具有长效降温节能效果,且颜色丰富可调,可应对多领域的不同颜色及耐候要求。A color coating with high weather resistance and solar reflective property was prepared by mechani- cal blending using fluorocarbon resin and infrared pigments. The diffuse reflectivities of pigments were characterized by UV-3101PC spectrophotometer. The results indicated that the film not only can reduce the surface tempercture and conservate energy, but also has abundant colors, it can be used in different fields for color or weathering requirement.
