摘 要:从阳极和结构设计、工艺改进,分析非固体电解质高温全钽电容器工作稳定性和可靠性的影响因素,提出了非固体电解质230℃高温全钽电容器制造技术。试制了50V、160μF规格产品,结果表明:通过改进阳极和结构设计、形成和装配工艺条件,可显著提高电容器氧化膜质量和工作电解液耐高温性能,确保电容器能满足230℃高温环境下的各项技术指标。The factors affection the working stability and reliability of high temperature wet all tantalum capaci- tor were analyzed, through improving the anode, structure design and process. The manufacturing technology for wet all tantalum capacitors with high temperature capability to 230℃ was developed. The products of 50 V, 160μF were produced. The results show that it helps to enhance quality of capacitors' oxidation film and performance of working e- lectrolyte in high temperature, improving anode, structure design, condition of formation and assembling process. This makes it able to meet various technical norms of capacitors to 230℃.
