摘 要:研究了BaO、Li2O含量变化对Na2O-CaO-SiO2玻璃热膨胀系数、玻璃化转变温度Tg以及化学稳定性的影响。结果表明:随着BaO替代等量CaO(2%~8%,摩尔分数),玻璃的热膨胀系数从81.78×10-7 K-1增加到86.09×10-7 K-1,Tg从536.9℃降低至525.4℃,化学稳定性变化不显著;随着Li2O替代等量Na2O(1%~4%,摩尔分数),玻璃的热膨胀系数先增加后减小,Tg由536.9℃降低到493.6℃,玻璃的耐碱性降低。The effect of BaO and Li20 content on the thermal expansion coefficient, glass transition tempera- ture (Tg) and the chemical stability of Na20-CaO-SiO2 glass were studied. With the increase of BaO (from 2 mol% to 8 mol%) taking the place of CaO, the expansion coefficient increased from 81.78 ×10-7K1 to 86.09 ×10-7K1 , and the Tg decreased from 536.9 ℃ to 525.4 ℃, while the chemical stability basically remain unchanged. The results show that with the increase of Li2O (from 1 mol% to 4 mol%) taking the place of Na20, the expansion coefficient in- creased firstly, and then decreased, while the Tg decreased from 536. 9 ℃ to 493. 6 ℃, and the alkali-resistance decreased.
