摘  要:初步分析了核电站抗震支撑螺栓应力腐蚀开裂的机理,并提出了核电站抗震支撑螺栓应对应力腐蚀开裂的预防措施。抗震支撑螺栓的应力腐蚀开裂主要是由于螺栓本身受力及特定的化学介质共同作用下,经过一定时间后所产生的脆断现象。通过抗震支撑螺栓应力腐蚀开裂机理的初步分析,希望为核电站进一步对抗震支撑螺栓定期的检查与管理提供有效的帮助,保证了核电站设备安全、稳定的运行。The nuclear power plant seismic support bolt stress corrosion cracking mechanism and prevention measures proposed nuclear power plant seismic support bolts cope with stress corrosion cracking were analysed. Seis- mic support bolts stress corrosion cracking of brittle fracture phenomenon mainly due to the bolt force and specific chemical medium together, after a certain period of time. To support bolt stress corrosion cracking mechanism of pre- liminary analysis by the earthquake, and hope that the nuclear power plant further seismic support bolts regularly check with management to provide effective help to ensure the safety of nuclear power plant equipment, stable opera- tion.
