摘  要:利用国产基体原材料制备了具有较高极限拉伸性能的高延性纤维增强水泥基复合材料(ECC),研究了粉煤灰和胶粉对ECC直接拉伸性能的影响。试验结果表明:采用合理的配合比及测试方法,制备的ECC试件具有应变硬化及多缝开裂特征;粉煤灰掺量为80%时,7d、28d极限拉应变分别达到3.77%和2.86%,28d抗压强度为25.4MPa;掺入10%胶粉,7d、28d极限拉应变分别达到3.91%和2.37%。在满足强度要求的前提下,适当增大粉煤灰和胶粉掺量有利于提高ECC的延性。Engineered cementitious composites (ECC) with the excellent uniaxial tensile properties was made of domestic raw materials(except PVA fiber). The effect of content of fly ash and emulsion powders on the direct tensile properties was studied. The results showed that ECC which was produced by means of appropriately mixed-ratio and test method had strain-hardening and multiple-cracking characteristics obviously. When fly ash content reached 80%, the ultimate tensile strain of 7 d and 28 d reached 3.77% and 2. 86% respectively, 28 d compressive strength reached 25.4 MPa. When emulsion powders content reached 10%, the ultimate tensile strain of 7 d and 28 d reached 3.91% and 2.37% respectively. To increase fly ash content appropriately will help to further improve the toughness and duc- tility of ECC.
