摘 要:通过OM、SEM、力学试验以及电化学试验研究了固溶温度对核电海水循环泵叶轮用双相不锈钢材料GX2CrNiMoN22-5-3组织及性能的影响。结果表明:在1050~1250℃固溶,γ相呈岛状或长条状弥散分布在α相基体上,α相含量随固溶温度的升高而增大,组织中无析出相出现,而抗拉强度大都在700 MPa左右,拉伸断口形貌以韧窝为主,随固溶温度的升高,韧窝逐渐变浅变大。不同固溶温度下的点蚀电位保持在1.0V以上,在1150℃和1200℃时有较好的抗点蚀性能。Effects of solution treatment temperature on microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion re- sisting property of a cast duplex stainless steel (GX2CrNiMoN22-5-3) used as making impeller of seawater circular pump in nuclear power plant were investigated by OM, SEM, mechanical tests and electrochemical polarization curve. The results indicate that when the solution temperature was 1050 1250 ℃, the isolated islands and long strip of γ phase were uniformly present within the α phase matrix,the content of α phase increased with the increasing solution treatment temperature, no precipitated phase appear. The tensile strength was mostly about 700 MPa and the fracture morphology was mainly in dimple, the dimple tends to shallower and bigger along with the increasing solution tempe- rature. The pitting potential was maintained at more than 1.0 V under different solution temperature, which has hig- her pitting corrosion resistance at 1150 ℃ and 1200 ℃.
