摘 要:目的:观察长期应用贝那普利治疗高血压病对心肌重量和左室舒张功能的作用。方法:原发性高血压病人 25例,服贝那普利 10~30 mp·d-1×12 mo。结果:服贝那普利后高血压病人左室质量指数平均减低 23 g·m-2± 16 g·m-2,与治疗前相比差别有非常显著意义(P<0.01);左室舒张早期峰值流速(PVE)增高 8 cm·s-1± 6 cm·s-1,舒张晚期与早期峰值流速比值(A/E)降低 0. 30 ± 0. 14,左室等容舒张时间( IVRT)缩短 30 ms± 5 ms,与治疗前相比差别均有非常显著意义( P< 0. 01)。结论:长期服用贝那普利对逆转左室肥厚,改善舒张功能有显著作用。AIM: To observe the effects of long term treatment of primary hypertension with benazepril on left ventricular mass index (LVMI) and diastolic function. METHODS: Twenty five patient with essential hypertension (EH) take benazepril 10-30 mg every day for 12 mo. Long effects of benazepril on LVMI and diastolic function were studied by compared with the patients before taking benazepril. RESULTS: After taking benazepril, LVMI of the patients in EH group were decreased by 23 g. m-2 +- 16 g. m-2, which were significantly different from those before taking benazepril (P <0. 01 ). LV diastolic function indexes: LV early diastolic peak velocity (PVE) was increased by 8 cm.s-1 +-6 cm.s- 1. The ratio of late-to-early diastolic velocites (A/E) was decreased by 0. 30 +- 0. 14, LV isovolumic relaxation time (IVRT) was shortened by 30 ms +- 5 ms. They all significantly differ from those before oral benazepril (P < 0. 01 ). CONCLUTION: Long-term treatment of benazepril can reverse LV hypertrophy and improve LV diastolic function obviously.
