摘  要:为揭示昆虫共生菌Wolbachia对不同宿主生物学特性的影响,利用"Y"型嗅觉仪分析了三种赤眼蜂对宿主米蛾雌蛾腹部鳞片和米蛾卵表正己烷提取物嗅觉反应,对米蛾卵的寄生能力,以及抗生素去除体内Wolbachia后的性比情况。研究发现:食胚赤眼蜂对米蛾两种提取物的正趋向性最强,短管赤眼蜂无明显趋性,而卷蛾赤眼蜂只对米蛾卵表提取物有较明显的正趋性;食胚赤眼蜂对米蛾卵的单头寄生率为52.70%,高于卷蛾赤眼蜂的37.58%和短管赤眼蜂的26.35%;抗生素处理后食胚赤眼蜂雄性比率最少,短管赤眼蜂最多。结果表明Wolbachia参与调控赤眼蜂生殖行为,对不同宿主嗅觉反应和寄生能力影响不同,该研究可为孤雌产雌赤眼蜂品种/品系的生物防治应用提供理论指导。To reveal the effects of symbiotic bacteria Wolbachia on host biological characteristics,three aspects were investigated including insect olfaction responses to extracts of both abdominal scales of female Corcyra cephalonica and ovum space by cyclohexane using the "Y"type of instrument,the parasitic ability for C.cephalonica eggs,and sex ratio after feeding antibiotics to remove Wolbachia. The results showed that the positive taxis of T. embryophagum to two extracts was significant,T, pretiosum was weak,T, cacoeciae presented single taxis to ovum space extract obviously; the parasitic rate of single head of T. embryophagum attained 52.70%,higher than T. cacoeciae (37.58%) and T.pretiosum (26.35%); the sex ratio of T. embryophagum was the most, T. pretiosum was the least. The results suggested that Wolbachia played an important role in regulating Trichogramma reproductive behavior,and performed different effects on their host. These researches were useful to provide theoretical guidance for boosting female varieties^strain Trichogramma in biological control application.
