摘　　要：由于科技成果和评定的奖项具有多属性、不确定性特点,所以提出用区间数形式表达专家量化打分和评定的奖项,并用区间数相似度量和排序计算拟合科技成果奖评定过程。提出区间数属性相似度量函数和区间数概率排序函数,将其应用于科技成果奖评定过程,并从统计学角度说明决策结果的正确和和理性。As a result of multi-attribute and uncertainty of scientific achievements and decision, expert＇s score and awards were described by the form of interval numbers, and similarity measurement and sort algorithm of interval numbers were used to fitting process of scientific achievements decision. A similarity measurement function and a probability sort function of interval numbers were proposed to decide scientific achievements awards in the paper. The result was proved of correctness and rationality by significant.
