摘 要:目的探讨SLC11A1和SGPP2基因的单核苷酸多态性(SNPs)与山东汉族人群类风湿关节炎(RA)的关联。方法采用Real-time PCR法对山东汉族134例RA患者(RA组)和242例健康者(对照组)SLC11A1基因的rs1059823、rs2695343位点和SGPP2的rs13382934、rs2009150位点及进行检测,采用SPSS13.0软件对其分析,数据分析采用χ2检验和Fisher确切概率法。结果 RA组SLC11A1基因的rs1059823、rs2695343位点及SGPP2的rs13382934、rs2009150位点与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 SLC11A1和SGPP2基因与山东汉族人群RA的易感性无关。To detect SLC11A1 and SGPP2 genes single nucleotide polymorphism in Han population, and to analyze its association with increased risk of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in Han people. Methods The study group was comprised with 134 Han RA patients and the control group consisted of 242 healthy Han subjects. Two SNPs of SCL11A1 and two SNPs of SGPP2 were detected and the results were analyzed by SPSS13.0 software. Fishers exact test and 2 test were used for statistical analysis. Results There was no significant difference (P〉0.05) of rs1059823 and rs2695343 in SCL11A1 between Han RA group and the control group and no significant difference (P〉0.05) of rs13382934 and rs2009150 in SGPP2 between Han RA group and the control group. Conclusion SCL11A1 and SGPP2 may not be the susceptibility genes of RA in Han population of Shandong Province.
