摘　　要：森林疗法是基于实证实验,科学利用森林浴效果,达到增进身心健康和预防疾病目标的替代疗法。文中介绍了森林疗法的起源、基本含义和机理,综述了日本森林疗法的发展历程、证实研究的最新进展和森林疗法线路设计理念,分析了日本森林疗法基地认证和森林理疗师资格考试制度,还对北京市引进与开展森林疗法进行了展望,认为推动森林疗法对增进居民健康、提高森林经营水平和发展区域经济都具有重要作用。Based on empirical study, forest therapy is an alternative approach for health caring and disease prevention by scientifically applying the effects of forest bath. This paper introduced the origin, foundational definition and mechanism of forest therapy, reviewed the development history, up-to-date empirical studies and route design conception on forest therapy, and analyzed the systems for site certification and physiotherapist qualification test with regard to forest therapy. In addition, the introduction and application of forest therapy in Beijing were discussed, and the authors thought that promoting forest therapy in Beijing would play an important role in enhancing citizens＇ health, increasing forest management level and improving regional economic development.
