摘　　要：为保证快速开发出符合用户需求的产品,首先,对用户需求进行采集,采用熵处理法对需求进行评价;其次,通过领域专家对用户需求与功能需求的映射关系进行评估,从而建立两者之间的关系矩阵;再次,以产品设计知识库为基础,进行产品成熟度和演化路线的分析,最终得到需求获取机制,在将用户需求向具体产品设计参数转化的过程中充分考虑了企业研发能力及资源的影响,从而获得了满足用户需求、成本低和市场竞争力强的产品。最后,通过实例验证了该方法的合理性。In order to effectively obtain satisfactory products, customers＇ demands were collected and estimated through entropy method. Then a relationship matrix between customers＇ needs and functional needs was established based on system of domain experts. Aimed at seizing satisfactory and easily made products with great market competition,a conversion mechanism of customers~ require- ments based on knowledge of product design was proposed. In the process of transforming customers＇ requirements to product design parameter, the effects of company＇s research and development ability and resources were fully considered. Finally, a case study was provided to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed approach.
