摘　　要：列宁的帝国主义理论是列宁从俄国社会的现实需要出发,根据时代条件的变化,运用马克思主义的科学方法,回答处在世纪转折点上的资本主义文明向何处去和社会主义文明如何开启等重大问题所形成的思想体系。它是由发达资本主义国家发展理论和落后国家"非资本主义发展"理论两个部分相互联系组成的一个有机整体。其核心内容是宣告资本主义文明必然终结、落后国家必然通过"非资本主义发展"道路实现现代化。它不仅为我们把握当代资本主义的实质与趋势提供了重要方法论,也为我们进一步探索落后国家实现现代化和人类文明进步之路指出了正确方向。Lenin's Theory of Imperialism is a system of thought on the future of capitalist civilization and the creation of socialist civilization in the turning point of the century,which is based on the practical social need in Russia,changing conditions of the time,and the use of scientific method of Marxism.Such theory is an organic whole with two parts,i.e.,the theory of the development of the advanced capitalist countries and the theory of 'non-capitalist development' of the backward countries.The core idea is a declaration that capitalist civilization would inevitably end and backward countries would achieve modernization through the road of 'non-capitalist development'.It is a theory of instructive significance in grasping the essence and trends of contemporary capitalism,further exploring the road of the modernization in backward countries,and the progress of human civilization.
