摘　　要：目的:分析四川省乡镇卫生院的基础设施现状基础,为提高四川省乡镇卫生院标准化建设水平提供参考依据。方法:采用分层随机整群抽样对124家乡镇卫生院现场调查。结果:乡镇卫生院规模小,绿化差;部分乡镇卫生院建筑面积不达标,业务用房中还存在危房和租房;科室设置不完善,设施设备难以满足其功能需要;不同经济地区基础设施存在差距。结论:完善财政保障机制,加大乡镇卫生院基本建设投入;完善科室设置,提高基本医疗服务能力;制定适宜的乡镇卫生院设备配置标准,引导正确的投资方向。To analyze the current situation town- and township-level hospitals＇infrastructure in Sichuan province, provide a reference for improving the standardized construction of rural hospitals in Sichuan province. Methods Stratified random cluster sampling was used to investigate the 124 town-and township-level hospitals. Results The scale of town-and township＇level hospi- tals are small and poor greening, the building area of some hospitals is below the standard;there are still some buildings in/he business units that are in the state of disrepair and tenement;department set-up is not complete; equipment can＇t meet the demand of medical examinations; moreover there are variations among different regions with regard to levels of basic infrastructure. Conclusion Improving the financing mechanism, increasing the input of basic infrastructure construction, improving departmental set-up, enhancing the service ability of basic medical care, and formulating appropriate standards for equipment allocation to the rural hospitals in the province in order to provide a direction for investment.
