摘　　要：目的:了解宁夏农村居民对基本药物制度的认知和满意度。方法:采用分层随机抽样的方法,选取宁夏16家乡镇卫生院,采用自行设计问卷进行调查。结果:78.9%不知道基本药物制度,但是46.8%表示感受到药品价格优惠,54.3%认为疾病负担有所减轻,对基本药物制度的总体满意率达93.71%。结论:宁夏农村居民对基本药物制度的认知度较低,但对制度的实施效果有所感知,并且总体满意度较高。Objective To explore the cognition and satisfaction of rural residents in Ningxia on National Essential Medicine System （NEMS）. Methods 16 cases of township hospitals in Ningxia were selected with stratified random sampling and surveyed with self-made questionnaire. Results 78.9% of rural residents had no knowledge about NEMS. While 46.8% of them believed that drug price decreased. And 54.3% admitted their burden of medical treatment reduced. The overall rate of satisfaction on NEMS was 93.71%. Conclusion The rural residents in Ningxia have lower cognition on NEMS. But they are aware of the benefit from NEMS. And they have high degree of satisfaction on NEMS.
