摘　　要：社会政策、公民参与和移民治理是当前欧盟在社会层面上推进治理的三个重要领域,学界对这三个议题的研究不但勾勒出了欧盟在上述领域内进行治理的理念举措、制度设计与政策实践,同时也对其经验得失进行了分析与探讨。梳理中外学界既有研究中有代表性的著述,既可了解欧盟在社会治理的不同领域内所建构的基本框架,又能够探知学界在上述议题研究中的理论取向。Social policy,citizen participation and immigration governance are among the most important fields where the EU is promoting its governance at the social level.Academic studies on these issues not only focus on the ideas,institutions and policies of the EU governance,but make deep-going analysis and explorations of the experiences and lessons thus incurred.A comprehensive review and comment on the representative works concerning these three areas will help us understand not only the basic framework of the EU's social governance,but the theoretical orientation of the academia in these fields.
