摘 要:磺化聚砜是制备亲水性滤膜的优良材料。首先以发烟硫酸为溶剂、4,4’-二氯二苯砜(DCDPS)为原料成功制备了磺化单体3,3’-二磺酸钠-4,4’-二氯二苯砜(SDCDPS),并确定了最佳磺化条件,n(SO3)/n(DCDPS)=3.5,反应温度110℃,反应时间20h。以SDCDPS为单体通过亲核缩聚反应合成了一系列不同磺化度的磺化聚砜膜材料,利用红外光谱及核磁共振光谱对其结构进行了表征。热分析实验表明,该聚合物材料具有较高的分子量和热稳定性。Sulfonated polysulfone is a excellent material for the preparation of hydrophilic membrane. In this pa- per sulfonated monomers 3,3 '-disulfonated-4,4'-dichlo-rodiphenyl sulfone (SDCDPS) was firstly prepared using 4,4' dischlorodiphenyl sulfone (DCDPS) as raw material, and the best sulphonated conditions was deter- mined. The molar ratio of SO3/DCDPS was 3.5, reaction temperature 110C and reaction time 20h. A series of different sulfonation degree of sulfonated polysulfone membrane material were synthesized via nucleophilic poly- condensation reaction using SDCDPS as monomer. Its structure had been characterized by infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The thermal analysis experiments showed that the polymer mate- rial had a higher molecular weight and thermal stability.
