摘 要:考虑汽车发电机的实际安装结构,运用旋转柔度和统计能量法的基本理论,建立了汽车发电机安装结构的旋转柔度模型。推导了汽车发电机中电磁噪声辐射能量在其各个构件中的传播与耦合,由此明确了汽车发电机安装结构对其电磁噪声辐射的影响机制。基于所建旋转柔度模型,对现有汽车发电机的安装结构进行优化配置。试验测得优化配置后所得样机与常规安装结构样机的噪声性能,结果表明优化配置安装结构后所得样机噪声性能有明显改善。本文明确安装结构对爪极电机电磁噪声辐射的影响机理,从而为应用基本理论方法优化配置安装结构获得低噪声的爪极汽车发电机提供可能。Considering the alternator's actual installation structure and applying the basic theory of rotational compliance and statistical energy analysis, the rotational compliance model of the alternator installation structure was established. The noise radiation energy spreading and coupling in the components of the alternator was deduced. Thus, it was made clear about the influence mechanism of the alternator's installation structure to its electromagnetic noise radiation. And based on the rotational compliance model, the existing alternator's installation structure was optimization configured Noise performance tests were done of the alternators both with conventional installation structure and optimization configuration. The results show that the alternator's noise performance has obviously improved after installation structure optimal allocation. This paper ascertains the influence mechanism of installation structure to the alternator's electromagnetic noise radiation, and the basic theory of low noise alternator is established for optimal allocation installation structure.
