摘 要:广域保护通信网络的延时是影响广域保护系统发展的主要因素之一。尤其当电网系统发生故障时,信息流量瞬间急剧增加,如何实现信息快速、可靠地传输到目的地至关重要。针对广域保护通信系统的特定性,建立了基于多协议标签交换(MPLS)流量工程并符合电力系统广域保护服务质量(QoS)要求的传输路径选择模型,实现了满足广域通信网络时延约束的情况下进行流量均衡的路径选择。仿真结果表明,该模型及算法综合考虑了时延和最大链路利用率两个参数,保障了广域保护通信系统的性能,实现了负载均衡,有效地解决了链路的拥塞问题。The communication delay in wide-area protection is one of the key factors for its development. In the presence of the grid disturbance, it is very important that how to guarantee the information that instantly increased to transmitted to its destinations reliably and rapidly. In order to solve the specificity problem in wide-area protection communication system, the transmission-pathselection model based on multi-protocol label switch(MPLS) traffic engineering is put forward, which can meet the quality of service(QoS) requirements and realize the path selection of traffic balancing in the constraints of delay. The simulations show that the two parameters of delay and maximum link utilization ratio are considered in the model and algorithm, which ensures the communication network performance and load balancing, and effectively resolves the problem of link congestion.
