摘　　要：通过珠三角地区的实证数据调查表明,农民工高流动因素呈现多元化趋势,农民工的年龄、受教育程度、工资水平、工作条件、社会保障对农民工高流动有比较明显影响。建议应从政府、企业及农民工三方对农民工高流动就业特点,制定促进农民工就业质量和稳定就业的有效政策,推进农民工由流动就业向稳定就业转变。The data of the empirical survey on the Pearl River Delta region shows that the high flowing of migrant workers has a trend of diversified factors, and the high flowing migrant workers is affected obviously by the age of the migrant workers, and their level of education, wages, working conditions, and social security. It is recommended that, based on the characteristics of high flowing employment and considering the three aspects of government, enterprises and migrant workers, effective policies should be developed to promote the quality of employment and stable employment of migrant workers, so as to promote the transition from migrant employment to stable employment of the migrant workers.
