摘　　要：线性规划这一最优化方法已经普遍地应用于水土保持规划中 ,但大多数研究者至今还在应用 BASIC语言编写线性规划程序 ,由于计算机软、硬件有了长足发展 ,在目前的Win95、Win98下要应用 ,非常的烦琐 ,速度又慢 ,且没有汉字提示 ,非专业人员很难应用。为此我们将 Excel中如何解决线性规划问题做一介绍 。Linear planning approach has been applied to soil and water conservation planning. The linear planning program was developed by using the BASIC language. It is very tedious and slow to run the program and there is no Chinese character promotion in the Win95 & Win98 system due to the improvement of the hardware and operation system. Therefore, it is very difficult for the general users to use the program. The authors explained how to solve the linear planning problems in EXCEL in order to make it easy to make the soil and water conservation planning.
