摘　　要：目的了解驻疆某边防团基层官兵心理健康状况。方法用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)进行测试。结果基层官兵SCL-90各因子均分在1.33～1.86之间,54.3%的个体存在轻度心理问题,18.3%的个体心理健康问题达到或超过严重程度。同时,边防官兵在抑郁、偏执和精神病性因子上和地方成人存在显著差异(P<0.01),在强迫和敌对性因子上和一般军人存在显著差异(P<0.01)。人格特质和心理健康状况存在相关,其中神经质和精神质对心理健康水平具有预测作用。结论边防官兵存在不同程度的心理问题,心理健康水平低于地方成人和一般军人,人格特质对心理健康产生重要的影响作用。Objective To understand the mental health of officers and soldiers in Zhujiang border regiment.Methods Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（EPQ）were used to test.Results The factor average scores of SCL-90 of officers and soldiers were 1.33~1.86,54.3% of officers and soldiers existed mild psychological problems,18.3% met or exceeded the severity.At the same time,there were significant differences in depression,paranoia and psychosis factor between border officers and soldiers and local adult（P0.01）,there were significant differences in forced and hostile factor between them and general servicemen（P0.01）.Personality was related to mental health status,neuroticism and psychoticism could predict mental health.Conclusion Border officers and soldiers have different degrees of psychological problems,their mental health level is lower than the local adult and general soldier,personality traits has an important impact on mental health.
