“模拟式启发”训练对维和军人思维形式和情绪状态的影响

摘　　要：目的研究"模拟式启发"训练对执行维和任务军人思维形式和情绪状态的影响,探索心理训练的有效方法。方法随机抽选维和任务部队军人实验组(A)、对照组(B)各98名,维和任务前后进行反事实思维、症状自评量表(SCL-90)心理测评,对A组进行"模拟式启发"训练。进行任务前后、组间及与常模比较。结果 A、B两组间任务前反事实论断表现无差异,任务后除无关论断外其他论断表现均有差异。A、B组任务前后上行与下行反事实论断表现有显著差异。SCL-90任务前A、B组间各因子分无差异,任务后A组焦虑、敌对明显低于军人常模(P<0.01),B组焦虑、敌对及抑郁各因子分高于任务前(P<0.05),抑郁及焦虑高于军人常模(P<0.01)。结论 "模拟式启发"训练能够在消极结果的事件中产生下行反事实思维改善情绪表现,可以提高心理调试能力。Objective To explore the effect of ＂Simulation Heuristic＂ training on thinking style and emotional state of peacekeeping forces,and explore the effective method of mental training.Methods Experimental group（A）and control group（B）（each 98）were randomly selected from peacekeeping forces,and were carried counterfactual thinking and Symptoms Checklist 90（SCL-90）before and after the peacekeeping duty,at the same time,A group was carried ＂ Simulation Heuristic ＂ training.Results There was no significant difference in counterfactual thinking performance between the two groups before the duty,but significant difference in independent outside judgment performance.Before and after the duty A and B group had significant difference upward counterfactual thinking and downward counterfactual thinking performance.There were no differences in SCL-90 between A and B group before duty,but after the duty,anxiety and hostility in A group were significantly lower than the military norm（P0.01）.Anxiety,hostility and depression in B group were higher than those before duty（P 0.05）,both depression and anxiety were higher than military norm（P0.01）.Conclusion ＂ Simulation Heuristic ＂ training can have downward counterfactual thinking and improve mood performance in the negative results,and improve the psychological commissioning ability.
