摘　　要：目的了解深圳市社区医护工作人员的心理健康状况,为我国社区卫生服务事业及全科医学的发展提供基础依据。方法以症状自评量表(SCL-90)及单维度工作压力量表对深圳市33家社区健康服务中心的418名医护工作人员进行问卷调查。结果深圳市社区医护人员SCL-90阳性检出率为31.33%;总平均得分为(144.44±40.62),高于全国常模(129.96±38.76)(t=6.54,P<0.05);医生及聘用员工的SCL-90得分分别高于护士及正式在编员工,社区医护人员SCL-90得分与工作压力呈显著正相关。结论深圳市社区医护人员心理健康状况不容乐观。Objective To understand the mental health status of community health workers in Shenzhen,and provide basis for the development of community health service and general practice in China.Methods An questionnaire survey based on SCL-90 and One-Dimension Burnout Inventory was used to understand mental health status of 418 community health workers from 33 community health service centers in Shenzhen.Results In all the 420 community health workers,the positive rate of SCL-90 was 31.33%,and the average total score（144.44±40.62）was higher than the norm（129.96±38.76）,（t=6.54,P0.05）.The scores of general practitioners and temporary community health workers were higher than those of nurses and community health workers on the regular payroll respectively.The scores of SCL-90 were positively correlated with job stress.Conclusion The present situation of mental health of community health workers is severe.
