癌症患者总体幸福感与情绪状态

摘　　要：目的了解癌症化疗住院患者总体幸福感与焦虑、抑郁状况,探讨两者之间的相关性。方法采用总体幸福感量表(GWB)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对西安市三级甲等医院的270例癌症化疗住院患者进行测评。结果①癌症化疗住院患者总体幸福感较低,焦虑、抑郁负性情绪较重,其负性情绪与总体幸福感体验呈负相关(r=-0.679,-0.707;P<0.01);②不同性别、职业、文化程度、经济收入、支付方式患者间的总体幸福感有显著差异(t=4.329,F=2.60,5.477,15.221,2.441,P<0.05);③不同性别、文化程度、经济收入的患者焦虑、抑郁得分比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论癌症化疗住院患者总体幸福感与焦虑、抑郁负性情绪密切相关,总体幸福感体验得分越低,焦虑、抑郁情绪越严重。Objective To explore the relation between general well-being and status of anxiety and depression of cancer patients with under-going chemotherapy.Methods A total of 270 cancer inpatients undergoing chemotherapy were surveyed with the Scale of GWB and anxiety and depression.Results ① The average score of GWB index of 270 cancer patients was（68.76±12.89）and serious negative emotion which was in turn negatively related with patients ＇ well-being（r=-0.679,-0.707;P0.01）.② There were significant differences in well-being index among patients with different gender,jobs,educated degree,income and payment（t=4.329,F=2.60,5.477,15.221,2.441;P0.05）.There were significant differences in scores of anxiety and depression from patients with different gender,educated degree and income（P0.05）.Conclusion GWB is closely related to the negative anxiety and depression.The lower GWBis,The heavier anxiety and depression are.
