摘　　要：目的:建立测定泊沙康唑滴眼液含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为DiamonsilC18,流动相为乙腈-水(60∶40),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为262nm,柱温为25℃。结果:泊沙康唑检测质量浓度线性范围为8.181～81.81μg/m(lr=0.9999),平均回收率为99.4%,RSD=0.77%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、快速,结果准确,可用于泊沙康唑滴眼液的质量控制。OBJECTIVE： To establish a method for the content determination of Posaconazole eye drops. METHODS： HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Diamonsil C18 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water （60 ∶ 40） at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 262 nm and column temperature was 25 ℃. RESULTS： The calibration curve of posaconazole was linear within the concentration range of 8.181-81.81 μg/ml （r=0.999 9） with an average recovery of 99.4% （RSD=0.77%, n=9）. CONCLUSIONS： The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and it can be used for the quality contro1 of Posaconazole eye drops.
