《毛泽东选集》两篇文章题注之会议名称的辨析

摘　　要：《毛泽东选集》第一卷的《我们的经济政策》、《关心群众生活，注意工作方法》出自同一会议，均为“第二次全国工农兵代表大会”。这次会议，是党领导的根据地政权建设具有里程碑意义的重要会议，改革开放后，特别是新世纪以来，以“第二次全国苏维埃代表大会”为记载的著述逐渐增多。一个会议出现两种名称长期并存，影响了人们学习和把握中国现代史。本文通过权威文本的对比，以革命历史文献为依据，以“联系的、发展的”的方法，通过梳理辨析，提出会议名称是“第二次全国苏维埃代表大会”的意见。Our Economic Policy and Care for the Life of the Masses and Working Methods in The first volume of Selected Works ofMao Zcdong arc concerned with the same conference, namely The Second National Congress of Workers and Farmers, which is a milestone in the history of state regime construction at revolution bases led by CCP. But aRer China＇ s reform and opening-up, especially since the beginning of the new century, thcrc have been more and more writings of the conference under the title The Second National Congress of So- viet. The long-term coexistence of the two titles of the same conference may have negative impact on people＇ s understanding of the contemporary history of China. Based on comparison and contrast of authoritative texts and historical documents of revolution, this paper suggests that the title of the conference should bc The Sccond National Congress of Soviet by means of dynamic and relational analysis.
