冀北山地华北落叶松人工林和油松天然林不同坡位土壤种子库研究  

Soil seed bank of Larix principis-rupprechtii plantations and natural Pinus tabulaeformis forests at different slope positions in northern Hebei mountainous regions

摘　　要：为揭示土壤种子库在退化山地植被恢复中的作用,采用野外调查取样与室内种子萌发试验相结合的方法,研究冀北山地华北落叶松和油松林上中下坡土壤种子库的物种组成、密度和垂直分布等特征。结果表明:两种林分土壤种子库主要以多年生草本为主,一、二年生次之,灌木很少出现。物种数是下坡>中坡>上坡。两种林分种子库密度均以下坡位较大,并随土壤深度增加而减小。落叶松林丰富度指数和多样性指数随坡位的降低而增大,均匀度指数3个坡位相差不大;油松林3个指数均为下坡>上坡>中坡。两种林分种子库与地上植被的相似性均表现为中坡>上坡>下坡,土壤种子库中所含的物种数均远远低于地上植被物种数。To reveal the role of soil seed bank in vegetation recovery, field survey and indoor seed germination tests were conducted to study the characteristics of soil seed bank for Larix principis-rupprechtii and Pinus tabulaeformis in uphill, middle slope, downhill of mountain- ous lands in northern Hebei, including species composition, density, vertical distribution pat- tern, etc. The results showed that the seed banks of the two kinds of forests were dominated by perennial herbs, annual herbs and biennial herbaceous took the second place, and shrubs were hardly observed together with no trees. The number of species at different slope positions were downhillmiddle slope〉uphill. The two kinds of forest seed bank densities at downhill were bigger, showing a decreasing trend with soil depth increasing. Richness index and diversi- ty index of Larix principis-rupprechtii increased with decreasing slope position, evenness in- dices of the three positions were slightly different, However, the three indices for Pinus tabu- laeformis were all downhilluphillmiddle slope. The similarity of seed bank and ground vegetation of the two forests showed middle slope〉uphill〉downhill. The numbers of species contained in the soil seed bank were far lower than the numbers of species of ground vegetation.
