摘　　要：文献信息资源是国家的重要资源,进行文献信息资源战略储备,建立完善的文献信息保存保障体系对国家科技进步、社会经济发展、历史文化传承都有着极其重要的作用,受到很多发达国家的重视。挪威国家图书馆花费近20年时间建成了相对完善的国家文献战略储备库。对挪威国家文献储备库的建设情况进行研究分析,为我国文献战略储备库及各地区文献储备库的建设提供参考借鉴。Literature is an important resource for a country. In many developed countries, they pay attention to conducting the strategic reserve literature. Setting impeccable document information reserve system is very important for countries in advance of science technology, social and economic development, and inheritance of history culture. National Library of Norway has constructed a relatively well Literature Strategic Reserve in past 20 years. This essay introduced the details of the Literature Strategic Reserve in National Library of Norway. And the author wish to supply some consults for building the Literature Strategic Reserve of China, and Literature Reserve of some regions in China.
