摘　　要：在全球经济迅速发展的当代社会中,人们不再一味地追求单纯的经济增长,而是更多地从人类长远生存的角度来考虑方方面面的发展,满足人类最基本需求之一的"住",当然不例外。20世纪以来,工业革命带来的对经济利益的盲目追求导致了资源的过度开采和环境的极度破坏,直接造成了能源短缺、资源浪费、自然环境恶化以及全球气候变暖等一系列问题。如何使人类与自然协调统一地发展,真正做到"天人合一",自古以来都是人类所关心的根本问题。文章就新型环保性能源如何在生态住宅中有效利用与实施进行了深入探讨与研究,促使人们在利用和改造自然的过程中不断提高生态环保意识。With the rapid development of contemporary society, people gradually considered all aspects in view of long- term survival of human being instead of accelerating economic growth, including one of the basic aspects; ＂living＂ was no exception. Since the 20th century, people pursuit economic interests blindly which caused by the industrial revolution had caused resources exploitation and environmental destruction, so that a series of problems appeared, for example, energy shortage, resources-wasting, environment deterioration and global warming. How to balance human being and natural environment, how to accomplish the unity became the essential questions which human being were concerned about. This paper discussed the research on the effective adoption of new type clean energy in the ecohouse, so as to encourage people increase eco-protection awareness when utilizing and natural resources.
