摘 要:利用共有峰率和变异峰率两个指标,以黄精属六种药用植物样品的红外指纹图谱为依据,计算出所测样品的共有峰率和变异峰率。建立了六种药用植物的共有峰率和变异峰率双指标序列并利用红外指纹图谱进行了聚类分析。其结果揭示了黄精属六种药用植物的亲缘关系。通过比较样品红外二阶导数谱图,可以鉴别中药黄精、玉竹及其常见的掺伪品长梗黄精、热河黄精、小玉竹。傅里叶变换红外光谱法具有仪器操作方便,分析速度快,非破坏性和样品用量小,制样简单,重现性好,具有专属性指纹等特性。可以解决中药黄精、玉竹及其掺伪品难以鉴别的问题,为鉴别中药的真伪及其亲缘关系的探讨提供了一种新方法。The common peak ratio and variant peak ratio were calculated by FTIR spectroscopy of six medicinal plants of polygo- nature. The index sequence of common peak ratio and variant peak ratio of six medicinal plants was established and the FTIR spectroscopy was analyzed by cluster analysis, which indicated the sibship of the six medicinal plants, polygonati rhizoma, po- lygonati odorati rhizoma and their adulterant such as Polygonatum filipes Merr. , Polygonatum macropodiurn Turcz. and Po- lygonatum hurnile Fisch Ex Maxim. could be identified by comparing second derivative spectrum of the samples. NFIR with good characteristics such as simple and rapid procedures, nondestructive testing, small amount of sample required, good repro- ducibility and specificity of fingerprint, provides a new method for identification of polygonati rhizoma, polygonati odorati rhizo- ma and their adulterant.
