摘　　要：Dear Women of China, I just moved, with roommates, into a nice apartment in tile center of Beijing. We are settling in, but we have received very limited help from our landlord regarding the monthly fees for utilities, such as water, gas, electricity and the lntemet. We have received the cards that our landlord mentioned we would need to ＂refill＂ once we have run out of electricity. But that＇s about it. 1 would like to be prepared betbre it actually happens.
