意蜂采用2、3日龄工蜂幼虫产浆的研究

摘　　要：对意蜂采用 2和 3日龄工蜂幼虫产浆的王台接受率和不同时间取浆浆量进行了研究。研究结果显示 :① 2日龄工蜂幼虫的王台接受率 ( 82 42 %)与采用 3日龄幼虫的 ( 81 2 1 %)无显著差异 ;② 2和 3日龄幼虫产浆的台平均产浆量最高峰分别在各自移虫后第 60小时和第 4 8小时 ,浆量较高时段分别在移虫后第 54～ 66小时和第 4 2～ 54小时 ;③ 2日龄幼虫产浆最高时段台平均产浆量 ( 0 3 754g)极显著高于 3日龄的 ( 0 3 1 57g)但采用 3日龄幼虫产浆的比 2日龄幼虫的提前 1 2小时达到台平均产浆量高峰和浆量较高时段。④采用 3日龄幼虫产浆其总产浆量可比采用 2日龄的增加 2 6%。This paper deals with the rate of cell reception and the average yield of royal jelly per cell in the different time after transfering with 2 days old instars and with 3 days old instars for royal jelly production of \%Apis mellifera\%. The results are shown:1).The differences between the rates of cell reception with 2 days old instars (84.42%) and with 3 day sold instars (81.21%) are not sinificant(p>0.05); 2).the time when the average yield of royal jelly per cell with 3 days old instars reaches highest is less 12 hours than that with 2 days old instars. 3).the total yield of royal jelly with 3 days old instars is 26% highter than that with 2 days old instars.
