新生职业生涯规划意识的现状调查与对策研究——以一个2012级新生群体样本为例

摘　　要：从2006年起,我校本科生实行大类招生、大类培养模式的改革。为了解低年级学生职业生涯规划意识起步情况,通过对大一新生在自我了解、专业选择、职业生涯规划初步认知、职场认知等方面展开调查,对新生的职业生涯规划意识的初始情况进行评估,从教育、指导、实践三方面提出可行性方案,为今后有针对性的开展职业生涯规划课程与辅导、测评与咨询等活动提供参考,也为将来的对比研究提供依据。Since2006, enrolment and training of students in large category is adopted widely by Zhejiang University. It is vital to help younger grades as soon as possible to cultivate awareness of career planning. This study investigated the freshmen＇s self-understanding, professional choices, initial career planning and workplace cognitive; evaluated the freshmen＇s awareness of career planning. It briefly analyzes the present situation of the freshmen＇s career planning and sums up a feasible scheme from education direction and practice. Thus a reference has been provided to develop a whole series of vocational courses, evaluation and consultation. It also gives a favor to provide identifiable ground for future contrastive study.
