摘 要:目的了解马鞍山市不同来源副溶血弧菌分离株的病原学及分子生物学特征。方法从市场流通食物、食物中毒事件标本及临床腹泻病例标本中分离培养、鉴定副溶血弧菌;并进行尿素酶、神奈川试验、药敏试验;PCR方法检测tlh、tdh和trh基因;脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)进行分子分型。结果 40株不同来源的副溶血弧菌尿素酶阳性17株,神奈川试验阳性20株;头孢唑啉的耐药达到95.00%,氨苄西林的耐药达到69.00%,对阿米卡星、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、头孢他啶、头孢吡肟、头孢噻肟、庆大霉素、亚胺培南、左氧氟沙星、派拉西林/三唑巴坦、美洛培南均100.00%敏感;毒力基因检测tlh阳性36株,阳性率为90.00%,tdh 29株阳性,阳性率为72.50%,40株菌trh全部阴性;PFGE将40株副溶血弧菌分成19种型别,部分菌株相似性100.00%,整体菌株带型相对分散。结论马鞍山市副溶血性弧菌对大多数抗生素均具有较高敏感性,3种毒力基因携带率低,PFGE提示有部分菌株有流行趋势,但整体没有发现明显优势菌群,提示本地食品中副溶血性弧菌未出现大流行迹象。Objective To explore the pathogenic and molecular biological characteristics of Vibrio parahaemo.Methods V.parahaemolyticus from market food,food poisoning specimen and clinical specimen were isolated,cultured and identified.Urease production,Kanagawa phenomenon and antibiotic resistance test were determined.PCR was used to detect the existence of tlh,tdh and trh gene.Pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE) was used as molecular typing method.Results Seventeen and 20 strains were positive in urease production and Kanagawa phenomenon test.The resistance rate of the strains to Cefazolin and Ampicillin were 95% and 69% respectively.All the V.parahaemolyticus were sensitive to Amikacin Cefoperazone / Subactam Ceftazidime Cefepime Cefotaxime Gentamicin Imipenem Levofloxacin Piperacillin / Tazobactam Meropenem Thirty-six,29 and 0 V.parahaemolyticus strains were positive in tlh,tdh and trh detection.Nineteen pulsotypes were identified in all of the 40 strains.Conclusion V.parahaemolyticus isolated in Ma’anshan were sensitive to most of the antibiotics tests.Most of the strains were negative in the detection of virulence gene.The result of PFGE indicated that a predominant pulsotype of V.parahaemolyticus was in this city.However,no sign of endemic of parahaemolyticus related disease was observed.
