摘 要:建立了一种气相色谱法(GC)测定番茄中乙烯利残留的方法。番茄样品经甲醇-盐酸溶液(V/V=95∶5)提取,无水乙醚萃取,重氮甲烷衍生化,采用GC-NPD检测。结果表明:该方法的平均回收率为92.85%~97.59%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.79%~4.38%(n=5),乙烯利的最小检出浓度为0.015 86mg/kg。该方法的杂质干扰少,准确性和灵敏度高,能快速测定出番茄中乙烯利的残留量。A method for determination of ethephon residues in tomatoes by GC was established. The sample of tomatoes were extracted with mixture of methanol and hydrochloric acid (V/V= 95:5), purified by diethyl ether and derivatizated by diazomethane. The results showed that the average recovery of this method ranged from 92.58% to 97.59%. The relative standard deriation (RSD) was 2.79%-4.38% (n=5) and the minimum detectable concentration was 0.015 86mg/kg. The method can rapidly detect ethephon residues in tomatoes with the advantages of less interfer- ing, high accuracy, and sensitivity.
