摘　　要：目的评价氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗高血压的效果。方法以氨氯地平、替米沙坦、高血压为主题词,检索Pubmed、Embase、Science、中国知网(CNKI)和万方数据库,收集氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗高血压的相关文献,并同时辅以文献追索法进行检索。Meta分析氨氯地平联合替米沙坦和单用氨氯地平治疗高血压的效果。结果共纳入10篇文献,有1095例研究对象,其中试验组551例,对照组544例。治疗后,试验组收缩压和舒张压水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平联合替米沙坦能够明显改善高血压。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of combination of amlodipine plus telmisartan on hypertension. Methods Pubmed, Embase ,Science, CNKI and Wanfang Database were searched for combination of amlodipine and telmisartan on hypertension using the key words ＂amlodipine＂, ＂telmisartan＂ and＂ hypertension＂, supplemented literature recourse method to retrieve. The clinical efficacy of combination or amlodipine plus telmisartan on hypertension were analyzed by Meta - a- nalysis. Results Ten literatures and 1095 cases were included in this study , which consisted of 551 cases as trial group and 544 controls. Meta -analysis showed that the average level of systolic pressure and diastolic blood pressure in trial group was lower compared with the control group after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Combination of amlo- dipine and telmisartan can significantly regulate blood pressure on the hypertension patients.
