摘 要:以间十五烷基酚与丙烯酰氯为原料,离子液体为催化剂,三乙胺为敷酸剂,制备了间十五烷基丙烯酸苯酯(PDPA)。用FT-IR、1 H NMR、13 C NMR和质谱对产物结构进行了表征,并对合成工艺进行了优化。适宜工艺条件为:离子液体用量为间十五烷基酚质量的2.0%,反应时间8h,反应温度50℃,n(丙烯酰氯)∶n(间十五烷基酚)=1.13∶1,产物间十五烷基丙烯酸苯酯的收率为85%。3-Pentadecylphenol (PDP) produced by catalytic hydrogenation of cashew nut shell liquid is an important derivative of CNSL, which is the major and economic sources of naturally occurring phe- nols. 3-Pentadecylphenyl acrylate (PDPA) was synthesized from PDP and acryloyl chloride with ionic liquid as catalyst and triethylamine as acid binding agent. The chemical structure of the product was confirmed by means of FT-IR, 1H NMR and 11C NMR methods. The synthesis process was optimized and the suitable conditions were found as follows: ionic liquid (wt% of PDP)=2.0%, reaction time was 8 h, reaction temperature was 50 ℃, molar ratio of acryloyl chloride to PDP was 1.13 = 1. Under these conditions, the yield of PDPA was 85%.
